The Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review Ratings™ are generated from evaluations of lawyers by other members of the bar and the judiciary. Legal Ability ratings are based on performance in five key areas, rated on a scale of 1 to 5 (with 5 being the highest). These areas are: legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience. Mr. Malley received a cumulative rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Malley graduated cum laude from the University of Arizona with a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science in 1999. In 2002, he earned his Juris Doctorate degree from the University of Kentucky College of Law.
