Brian Holthus Receives Martindale-Hubbell® AV Preeminent® Peer Review Rating™

We are pleased to announce that Brian Holthus, partner with Jolley Urga Woodbury & Little (formerly Jolley Urga Wirth Woodbury & Standish), has earned the distinguished AV Preeminent® rating from  Martindale-Hubbell®.

The Martindale-Hubbell® Peer Review RatingsTM are generated from evaluations of lawyers by other members of the bar and the judiciary.  Legal Ability ratings are based on performance in five key areas, rated on a scale of 1-5 (with 5 being the highest).  These areas are:  legal knowledge, analytical capabilities, judgment, communication ability, and legal experience.  Brian received a cumulative rating of 4.9 out of 5.

Brian’s primary areas of practice are Commercial Litigation, Bankruptcy Law and Administrative Law. He is a member of a number of organizations, including the American Bankruptcy Institute, Clark County Bar Association, American Bar Association and State Bar of Nevada. Brian also presided as an arbitrator and as an administrative law judge over cases involving claims of statutory violations against homeowners associations.

Brian earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Finance from Colorado State University and a Juris Doctorate degree from Pepperdine University School of Law. He also served as Editor of the Pepperdine Law Review, a member of Phi Delta Phi and was the winner of the 1985 Individual Appellate Advocacy Tournament.
