L. Christopher Rose, Partner

L. Christopher Rose is a partner with Jolley Urga Woodbury Holthus & Rose. Mr. Rose has earned the distinguished AV Preeminent® rating from Martindale-Hubbell® and practices in areas such as commercial litigation, real estate litigation, corporate law and litigation, restrictive covenants and non-compete agreements, mechanic’s liens, and appellate law.

Mr. Rose holds extensive experience practicing in state and federal courts. His practice further extends to arbitrations (e.g., American Arbitration Association and the Financial Industry Regulatory Authority) as well as various governmental administrative hearings. Whether representing large national companies, small business owners or individuals, Mr. Rose adheres to the philosophy that, as professionals and advisors, attorneys provide the greatest benefit to their clients by achieving great results and creating successful resolutions while balancing the economic realities of each client’s particular needs and circumstances.

In March 2008, Mr. Rose accepted an invitation to serve as faculty for the Deposition Program of the National Institute for Trial Advocacy (NITA). Since then, he has worked closely with judges and other experienced attorneys from across the nation in teaching and training lawyers in deposition, trial and litigation skills.

When away from the office, Mr. Rose enjoys spending time with his wife and their children, three sons and a daughter.
